Firstly, I think that it is only fair if we take a moment to consider what actually is featured in some of the most popular music videos that people watch worldwide on a day-to-day basis. From the All-Seeing Eye (Eye of Horus) to Masonic butterflies, occult symbols are quite literally everywhere in music videos, from artists such as: Katy Perry, Rihanna, Jessie J, Nelly Furtado, Jay-Z and of course, Lady Gaga! As you can see, these worldwide sensations are predominantly females. Perhaps because the vast majority of the public (male or female) will tend to watch female-dominated videos whether because of their flawless image or because of the powerful messages which are epitomized more emotively in the videos. Basically, the Illuminati could get their message heard by the world quickly by relying on the mass media. It is an occurring theme that the youth will casually define one of their eyes in their photos, as if to be inspired somewhat by their idols absent-mindedly and rather innocently. Why use a symbol when you don't know the true meaning behind it?

Many viewers will directly blame these superstars, but are they completely to be blamed for because of the controversial clothes they wear or because of their reoccurring symbols they use? Are we perhaps forgetting that, on the hierarchical structure, they are merely being directed what to do by the video producers? Surely it is the professionalism of the producers that means they get the big decisions of what would be captivating in a music video. A man named Tony T. Datis was the director of Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" video. This is a very recent video which contains: checkered floor tiles, Masonic butterflies, hypnotic garden monuments and a possessed Katy Perry. This denotes the excessive use of symbology in videos but however, does not tell us why a supposed "secret society" would want to publicise themselves. The reason is unknown, but one could predict that it's to control the minds of the vulnerable audience into spreading the reoccurring symbols.

On the other hand, it would be somewhat naive to believe that producers or the artists are under the control of the elite. Seemingly, occultism in music videos has stemmed from the excessive use in Lady Gaga's videos some four years ago. Perhaps this is all just some sort of hoax where producers seek controversial comments to attract more viewers to their work. Afterall, money is wanted more often these days.

Overall, I do believe that music videos are far too Illuminati-inspired and that there should surely be other various forms of artistry that can be used to attract a mass audience. There is no need to advocate certain symbols if you either do not fully understand why you are doing so, or if it is just to attain some artistic license. Yes, it gets conspiracists excited and yes, it is proven that it attracts a wider audience, but no, it is not very original or unique these days. Some people appreciate exciting and enthralling videos without it "infecting the young minds faster than bacteria" - The Black Eyed Peas (Where is The Love?).
