The year of 2017 has seen some of the most important and bizarre moments of the last hundred years in America. I told my son that it looked like the world had turned on its heels and the rest of the planets were all out of line. When the new president came into office I sat in my chair for an hour in pure horror and shock not wanting to accept that life as I knew had just changed and not for the better. I had prayed and prayed for the elections and even fasted for something good to happen to those who were in need. Those in prisons and those who lacked proper immigration papers as well as the sick and poor had all come to mind. I became angry at God and stopped praying at night after what I considered a major disaster.
This was bad but it would get worse. As I surfed the web I came upon one article after another about people who I had admired for years now lining up to pray and have dinner in the white house. It looked like all the Evangelical and Charismatic churches now had a new agenda, the Republican Party and the new white house. I was stunned to hear that many of the pastors and New Testament prophets were telling people how God was going to bless the nation with this new president. Hey I believe to so how come God never mentioned this to me was I the devil now?
But little by little God did start to show me what was to come. It was not a blessing or a new revival; it was the wrath of God over a paganist Christian church which thought of nothing but victory while denying the word of God. Revival, Power and Prosperity were the new mantra for the church of Jesus, but where are the disciples and where are we to put Matthew 25? In a dream the Lord showed me that the pastors were all telling lies and the people loved to be lied to. It would not be a blessing but a major disaster which would come to America first and then to the rest of the world. Men of God have been foretelling this event for years now and people had just laughed it off as if the men of God were mad man who had no schooling or sophistication.
Yes God did put this man in the white house but not for the reason we might expect. It will be Gods whip for an unfaithful wife who has become a whore and has sold her favors for fancy houses and fancy cars as well as bragging rights on television. Milton Greene was right when he wrote The Great Falling Away Today, so was David Wilkerson when he said that this country would suffer for all its indifference to the hunger and pain in the world. But what sealed it for me was hearing both and Kenneth Hagan and Heidi Baker giving a prophecy about what was to come soon to America. The links are below.
Matthew 25
When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
37 "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
40 "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.' 41 "Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.' 44 "They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?'
45 "He will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'46 "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."
We are to be doers of the word and not just listeners don't fool yourself into thinking this cannot happen, because it will, and your eyes will see.
