Every successful leader must continually motivate his team. Great corporations that have achieved strong leadership in the marketplace have done so because they have motivated those individuals that make up their basic team.

In the church, the pastor must be visionary, the vision must descend to the leadership team, and in turn ,descend toward its members.thus the pastor must be an ongoing apprentice of the vision so that he may continually teach his disciples.in our case, the existing relationship with the leadership team is permanent. Every week we meet, not to deal with the administrative or other issues , but to motivate, minister, and to keep ourselves in faith.

The law of the master teaches, "IF YOU STOP GROWING TODAY,YOU STOP TEACHING TOMORROW."a pastor used to say,"PITY ME THE DAY I BELIEVE THAT I'AM A PROFESSIONAL IN MINISTRY", INFERRING THAT THE BLESSINGS WOULD THEN CEASE.

Influence also motivates him towards innovation, challenging him to discover and utilize his gifts and talents, and above all, instructing him until he has the capacity to influence others. Leadership is a cycle of influences.the apostle paul said,IMITATE ME,JUST AS I ALSO IMITATE CHRIST"(1corinthians 11:1). One of the most basic principles we must follow is to "LIVE AS AN EXAMPLE SO THAT OTHERS WILL FOLLOW US".

Every person in the christian life needs motivation to withstand every joyful, sorrowful and as well the critical situation. Therefore as believers of Christ we must willingly support and motivate people who are in need.
