They say
"Hundreds of dewdrops to greet the dawn,
Hundreds of bees in the purple clover,
Hundreds of butterflies on the lawn,
But only one mother the wide world over."

I realized the power and meaning of this quote more when my mom passed way due to cardiac arrest. She was actually a Cancer patient, but she fought till the very end of her life, which I wonder how?

My mom was my everything to me. Unfortunately I didn't have a very healthy relationship with my mom in my early child hood days due to many complicated reasons.
We both started to have an extra ordinary relation when I entered my teenage..

She was an excellent friend, a lover, a companion and sometimes like a child to me throughout my teenage and even until her death.

She was born in a village and later moved to City after her marriage to my father. She beautifully adapted herself to this transition in her own way.
Her confidence, determination, willpower still amazes me and I would say that I have not met any person with those qualities in my life till now.

When we deducted that she has cancer, she felt sad only for us and not for her, which explains her unconditional love towards me and our family. Even in her later stage of her when her body didn't cooperate with her to do the basic things in her life, she never allowed us to help her, she did everything by herself. I wonder where she got that self-confidence!

Throughout the 3 months of her treatment we faced many hurdles but it was her determination and willpower which kept us going, even in her sudden and unexpected death she didn't give any trouble to us.And I can very well say that even she is not with us a human being, her soul will think only of us and will be with us always.

Now everything I do reminds me of her.For me she is a beautiful women, with an enchanting smile, an indomitable fighter, bold and courageous lady who didn't do any masters in psychology or philosophy but mastered the art of unconditional love.

some times I wondered if my smile was as big as hers,Maybe as big, But not as beautiful as hers

When i get mad at her, yell at her and shout at her, something about her will make me to go back to her again. guess all the mother in this world has some power, some force which will make you feel safe, content and warm.

I couldn't express her love in more words except the below quote which i remembered reading some time back.

"My mother is a poem
I'll never be able to write,
though everything I write
is a poem to my mother"

Only place where you can get pure affection without any expectations, the only place where you can pour your heart without any issues, the only human being who will understand that you are thirsty by seeing your face is your mom and her soul.

But I can very well say to fellow people throughout this world, nothing can replace your mother's unconditional love, cherish each and every moment with her. Even if you become 80, you are still child to your mother and she will definitely treat you in the same way even if she is 120.

Howard Johnson once gave the definition for mother as below

"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell "MOTHER,"

A word that means the world to every child in this world.

My salute to all the mothers in this world!!!
