The Yellowstone National Park is the first national park in the United States; but that is not the only way to tell about this incredible place. The Yellowstone National Park is in Wyoming and it is the main tourist attraction of the entire state. Besides that, it is one of the top rated tourist spot in the country.

The Yellowstone National Park is mostly famous for the geysers. These geysers boot up too high and create a giant amazement. This park alone has over fifty percent geysers in the whole world and not only that; these are the best and biggest geysers too.

But the Yellowstone National Park is not all about the geysers too. It has a wildlife which is very popular among the tourists. The natural forest in the Yellowstone National Park has river, lakes and some amazing waterfalls. So if you pay a visit to this park, you will have lots of things to explore. You cannot cover the whole park in a day and for that, the system to spend a few days and night is kept within the park. If you wish to do that, this will be another great experience in your life. Spending the night in this is really a practice that you don't do much.

Old Faithful

The most attractive thing in the park is the Old Faithful, a geyser that has been named after its accuracy. It does not happen regularly within a fixed gap, or the eruption of the geyser is not the largest in the park. But even so, it is the most famous geyser in the Yellowstone National Park as it rises in every 90 minutes; an accuracy it has been following from the first eruption. Each time, it rises to 55 meters, carrying about thirty thousand liters of water. In your tour in the Yellowstone National Park, keep this one at number one place.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

The next thing you must see is the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone which is located on the northern side of the Yellowstone Lake. This canyon is not the largest for sure, but along with the Yellowstone River, it creates a rare view for the visitors. The canyon is over thousand feet deep and the falling rive creates a superb scenic beauty. You must spend some time in the canyon while touring through the Yellowstone National Park.


The Yellowstone National Park is a very large area and if you decide to go deep, you should keep a map in your hand; especially if you never been there before. If you spend the night there, carry the necessary instruments to spend the night as well as enough drinks and food. If you are alone, try to have a communication system with the security personnel of the park. It is not dangerous to be in the park; but the safety measures are for being careful before any incident happens.

The Yellowstone National Park is one of the highest ranked tourist spot in the States and a great place to spend a vacation.
