Who is 'I' and What is 'I'BY: Sachin Babbar | Category: Self-Improvement | Submitted: 2012-12-21 10:47:09
Article Summary: "Do we really know Who is I , when we say I talk , I eat , I walk......."
The title of this article is, 'I' think is very interesting, When I said 'I' who is this 'I'........
When I say, I walk, I eat, I dance..... What is this 'I'.............
Some people say and think that 'I' is a body; some say 'I' is a mind...is this really true?
The 'I' of us is not the physical body; that is simply an instrument which the 'I' uses to carry out its purposes.
The 'I' can't be the mind; it is also just another instrument which the 'I' uses to think reason and plan.
The 'I' must be something which controls and directs both body and the mind, something which determines what they shall do and how they shall act.
When we say "I think" the "I" tells the mind what it shall think; when we say "I go" the "I" tells the physical body where it shall go; the real nature of this "I" is spiritual, and it is the source of real power.
When we say Spiritual, some might say oh..... Now this is something related to religion. But spirituality has nothing to do with the religion; it just means realization of our true nature.
Ok..... So why we should know our true nature, what actually "I" is.....
"I" is energy, some call it spirit, and some call it our higher self.....
And also energy can't be created, nor be destroyed, but can be change to another form...
Does this mean we are made up of same energy, but only forms are different... yes true.
We all are one, have the same energy and have the same power.
Because we are human beings, so we will definitely think that why we should know about this
What is the benefit?
The Benefit is :
Beacuse "I" is a part or one with the infinite "I" which is the universal energy or spirit, usually call God.
So, we all are one with the infinite energy, and this infinite energy has the power to control our life...
That means we also have the same power within us waiting for unfoldment through which we can control our life.
Yes, we have the same power... by which we can control our life same as a captain controlling his ship or an engineer controlling the train.
Lyman Abbott said: "we are coming to think of God as dwelling in man rather than as operating on men from without".
To use this power, God has given us the inner guidance system which monitors our thoughts and based on that it gives us feedback in the form of emotions...
Every thought we think either moves us away or move us towards what we want in our life.
Every thought of hate, anger, fear, worry, jealousy moves us away... Because we feel bad.
Every thought of love, joy, happiness freedom moves us towards... because we feel good.
So, in life our ultimate purpose should be to feel good ... no matter what is happening outside.
And also one more thing I would like to discuss that... what we are doing to others is actually we are doing to ourselves as I already told you that we are one.
This is the basis of "As you sow so shall you reap", what goes around... Comes around.
So next time if you are thinking bad about anyone or say bad about anyone or make someone feel bad.... Be careful it will come back to you.
And also quantum physics has proven this fact everything in this world is made up of sub-atomic particles which is actually an energy packet called quanta.
I hope now you have understood who "I" is
Thought is energy. Active thought is active energy; concentrated thought is a concentrated energy. Thought concentrated on a definite purpose becomes power." Charles F Haanel
