Yoga is a science speaking about the exercises which gives physical and mental relaxations. The exercises of Yoga are called as Asanas. There are hundreds of Asanas taught in the books of Yogas. Few asanas like Bhujangasana, Shirasana, Mastyasana etc are mostly practice. Shirasana is a great concept of making the circulation of blood towards brain, to make once talent and creative. Even there is an Asana called Shavasana which is about relaxing in a typical way. It has been practiced at the end of Yogic exercises.

Meditation is a science speaking about breathing practices. Breathing is life. One person leaves alive only as long as he breaths. The speed and the way of breathing differ from mood to mood. When a person is in stress or strain, he breaths faster and when a person is in cool mind, he breaths slowly and calmly. So the breathing depicts the mood of a person. When a mood can control the breathing, Meditation teaches us how to control the mood through the systematic breathing practices.
