A smart way to start your work from home business which requires a low cost to start and operate is apartment finding service. Apartment complexes spend thousands of dollars in advertising and promotions to find renters. A practical example of this is - you must have often heard or experienced that if you stay in an apartment and refer a friend to that apartment who eventually moves in, the apartment complex pays you a referral bonus which can range from $100 to $600 or even more depending on the rent and locality of the apartment complex. Its a great way to start your work from home / home based business. An apartment finding service works in the same way, there is no cost to the renter but the apartment complex pays you a referral fee or commission. You can operate apartment finding service by working from home but would need a phone, fax and computer/typewriter. You can work on this as part time and the potential of earning can be $5000 to $30000 per year but can increase (or decrease) depending on your location, market conditions, how well you are able to promote your apartment finding service and provide good deals for your customers.
