What do you focus on? How do you spend your energy? What would you do if you had no excuses? You're probably thinking this hypno-chick needs to pipe down. Welcome to 'What do you want?' at I want you to imagine your ideal life... What would it look like? Taste like? Smell like? Feel like? Go ahead it can taste like a pina colada. Let's get tropical. Dare to dream big! Our thoughts are where our energy goes. Watch your thoughts. What are the qualities of your thoughts? And where do those thoughts lead you? Look at your conversations with others. Are they mostly based in gossip or complaining? The problem with this kind of communication is that it drains your energy and puts you in a negative mental mindset. As soon as you start to fine-tune what you want in your life certain energy starts to manifest. It is almost like an energetic vortex that propels you in the direction you want to go. Refocusing and setting a clear intention on what you DO want is essential. If you do not consciously select where you want to go, you go where your subconscious mind wants you to go, which can be quite frightening. It's like your car is being hijacked. Beliefs are powerful- look at your life and see where there are some areas you are dissatisfied... Then start examining the thoughts you hold about that particular circumstance. When we focus our attention on what we truly desire, it is strengthened because energy follows thought. The great thing about hypnosis is that it enables you to let go of the subconscious garbage.
