Given that your network marketing business has a great product and a great compensation plan it seems incredible to see that so many people who come into this trade fail to bring in much money and create for themselves a stable financial future. The earning power that this business style offers is quite awesome when you consider the clout of developing a downline and having hundreds of people beneath you all keen to explode their business, you would have thought you could just sit back and watch the money roll in. I've spoken to many networkers over the last few weeks, some successful and some not, I am of the belief that the reasons for the most part why people are not succeeding in network marketing is because of poor training and not taking enough action! It's unfortunate that most network marketing companies and sponsors simply don't provide the required training in order for new recruits to get money into their pockets quickly. Retention rates in this industry are around a shocking 15%! People just entering the industry often say they don't get the assistance they need from their sponsors and it goes without saying that the traditional methods of recruitment do not work as well as they used to. One of the principles you must learn is that of attraction marketing, I learnt from the master himself Mike Dillard and since implementing his way of thinking things have never been the same again... in any aspect of my life! I highly endorse all his products to you and your team. When you start to market and brand yourself, if you are doing it in the correct way you will catch the attention of the right people to you and you can begin to build a relationship with them and done correctly they will be investigating you and your business! better than you having to pitch them endlessly!. If you want to practise attraction marketing then the internet is the ideal place to do this. An important thing to remember is, don't fall into the trap many newbies do by posting links everywhere saying 'Best Opportunity ever, get rich quick, The best company since sliced bread' etc...you know the kind of things im talking about, just take a look in your email spam box. New prospects want to know who you are before they agree to buy your stuff of join your company, it stands to reason you will stick out from the crowd by branding yourself and what you can propose to your prospects in the way of overwhelming value and support. Always present true value! To grab your prospects attention and trust you must offer them authentic value, go above and beyond what everyone else is doing and you will stand out from the marketing noise and position yourself in a place of authority in the market. Make sure that you have systems employed that will effectively take care of prospecting on auto-pilot, things such as autoresponders and video marketing, emails you compose once and then can be sent to millions of people, videos you produce one time and can be viewed by millions. Again all this you must teach to your team. Attraction marketing wins the game, not spam marketing. By passing on these these methods to your team you will enjoy a far superior retention rate.
