In Business Process Outsourcing ( or BPO), Video Conferencing plays a very important role. Most Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations require important things to be discussed with the clients and to get their opinion to perform a particular task. But using Video Conferencing all these limitations are easily overcome. A high quality Video Conferencing can ease even the most sensitive and difficult tasks. These days many hi-tech hospitals arrange specialists for consultation and supervision using this technique. In these surgeries, the expert other end guides the assistant surgeon in performing the surgery. This saves a lot of money and time. Video Conferencing has even enabled in the online speeches and presentations. The resource person can deliver his speech from his location, to the audience gathered at the other end. It brings the virtual reality like a typical arranged presentation in a hall. Many of the trainings are being done through the Video Conferencing. Earlier, the training or information sharing about the new processes had to be done by traveling to the client country. Earlier, there used be an overhead expenditure of crores of rupees (millions of dollars) for sending a batch of people to the client country to get trained. But these days almost all trainings arranged through Video Conferencing, which has helped BPO companies to save significant costs.
