Indian market has now reached on upper band of their current range. What will be the next direction? Right now, focus of the market towards nuclear deal. Every news from this side can affect the market. Now deal has gone in the hand of U.S. congress. Each and every rumor from there will change the direction.

But in broader sense market will look on many factors. Like crude prices, inflation, quarter results, monetary policy of RBI and global cues. But, two domestic factors will really have a great impact on the market. First cue will be step of the new RBI governor towards interest rate and second would be quarter results which will come on next month.

At present, global sentiment is coming on right track. U.S. government will acquire Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. That is really like awesome news for the global markets. But the real situation of U.S. market will come out after 15th of September when quarter results of companies will start to come. Then we can see the real scenario.

For the person who keeps long term perspective should start to buy. But for the short term investors should stay away from these ups and down. For the next few months you will get many chances to get into the market. Keep patience and watch the situation.

Smart investors should start value buying. Value stocks are defined as stocks of solid companies that are trading at below their intrinsic value because they are out of favor or overlooked by investors.

A smart investor should choose stocks that has been oversold or overlooked but are at their attractive level. Value investing is buying shares that are fundamentally sound and stable.
