Too depressed people are very numerous nowadays because of such problems, loss, conflicts and many more. Many people are being too depressed for such a long time without knowing that this depression can lead into danger.

Depression, loneliness, sadness, whatever you call it, is caused by many reasons. It may be caused by financial problems, conflicts, loss and other major problems. But then, don't get too easy about it. Don't think that being depressed for a long time is not going to kill you. Because if you get depressed for such a long time, you'll just be increasing your problem in thinking how to be happy again to be able to live because sadness causes death.

There are different reasons and ways how death can happen because of sadness.
Too Much Sadness Can Lead to:

1.) BRAIN INJURY
Brain injury occurs when something traumatic stucks on your head and this damages your brain. This trauma can be physical, mental or spiritual based on your experiences with your past.

2.) COCAINE ABUSE
Because of too much depression, there will always be a time that we're thinking if we should take drugs to be relaxed. But this is a total no-no! Drugs can lead us to hallucinations and if worse, to death!

3.) RENAL FAILURE
When a person is too depressed, there's a huge possibility that this particular person shall fail to attend his internal needs. With this, this person's kidney will be affected and can lead to death.

4.) DEMENTIA
This is the loss of intellectual ability such as memory capacity.

5.) HUNTINGTON'S DISEASE
Huntington disease is a degenerative neurological disease that may lead to Dementia.

The diseases above are just a few diseases why sadness leads to death. There are still thousands of diseases that are occurring and waiting to occur out there. We should not be too depressed all the time because this can also affect the people around us . . .
