Tips to have a pet dog in your house

Many people have dogs in their house as pets. Many of these people do not know of the basic method of keeping a dog and they do so just for the sake of the happiness of their children or various other reasons. This article gives a few tips for people to learn how to have a pet dog in the house and the care that the dog should be given for it to have a healthy life and also give a happy time for the family who is keeping the dog.

1. Vaccination:

As soon as you get the puppy, you should get the dog vaccinated. This will make sure that the dog is not prone to get any diseases. The lack of diseases in the dog will also help to make sure that you do not have any fear of any diseases spreading from the dog to any of the people in the house. This is a very important step because it involves the health of the dog and also the health of the people in the house.

2. Grooming the dog:

Regular grooming of the dog is very necessary. The dog should be given bath as often as possible, but at least once a week. The hair of the dog should be brushed so that they do not get struck with each other. The nails of the dogs should also be clipped regularly. This will make sure that the dog has a good appearance and it will be loved by all people. Regular hair cuts for the dog will also give a better look for the dog.

3. Food for the dog:

The pet dog should be considered to be part of the family. There are many people who try to feed the pet dog in their house with all sorts of junk foods. The dogs are not used to eating these kinds of food. Other people give all the waste from their kitchen to the dog. These kinds of food will make the dog sock. The dog should be fed with a regular meal at least two times a day. The meal should be nutritious and a vet should be consulted on the diet of the dog depending on the breed of the dog.

4. Space for the dog:

The dog should have adequate space for itself. There should be an enclosed space where you can keep the dog, but the dog would love it if it is free to roam about and you can allow it if your dog is toilet trained properly.

5. Exercise for the dog:

The dog should have adequate exercise every day. Taking the dog out for a jog or a walk is very important for the health of the dog. You can also play games with the dogs to give it adequate exercise.

6. Training for the dog:

If you would like your dog to be smart and if you want to be proud of your dog, then make sure that you give adequate training to the dog when it is small for various activities including toilet training.

This is the basic care that every pet dog needs.
