There are many people who are very demotivated in the world. There are various causes of the demotivation in the people. The most common causes of demotivation are the lack of goals in life and so the person just lives in a routine life with no thought about self development. Other than this, the person may also have poor living conditions and this is another reason for the person to have demotivation. Another factor that plays a role in the demotivation of the person is the poor financial condition that the person has. There are many people who do not have enough money in their hands and are not able to earn enough. This causes them to worry about their future and get demotivated.

There are various signs that will help to identify a person who is demotivated in life. The family of the person or the colleagues who are working with the person will be able to identify the demotivation in the person through the various signs that are present. The various signs that help to identify the demotivation in a person are as follows:

1. Psychological sickness:

A person may be sick with some physical signs of the illness. There are also certain times when the person may not have the same physical signs of sickness. This means that the person is not physically sick, but only has mental illness like depression. This is one of the most important signs of demotivation in a person.

2. Absent from work:

A person who is absent from the work spot very frequently can also be demotivated. The person may not have a valid reason for being absent from work. This is an important sign of demotivation. A demotivated person will try to make sure that they are not identified as being demotivated. This will be done by the person trying to cover up the reason for not coming to work.

3. Carelessness in the work spot:

There are many people who are demotivated which makes them to be careless in their work. This can be identified in the frequent mistakes that the person makes in the work that is being done. This can easily be identified by the superior at work. Carelessness can be in the form of not completing a job within the deadline and also misplacing things. These careless things occur over a period of time and do not change with repeated warnings.

4. Lack of concentration:

A person who is demotivated in life will have no concentration in any of the work that the person is doing. This lack of concentration is one of the major signs of demotivation. There can also be other reasons for a person to be demotivated, but the most common cause of lack of concentration in the work that is being done is demotivation.

These are the various signs of demotivation that can be identified in a person. As soon as a person is identified to have any of the signs mentioned above or a combination of the signs, then the person should immediately be made to undergo counseling so that the person gets motivated.
