Acne- the most dreaded condition in adolescence. Almost all of us had to pass through this condition in our teenage. I am not with an exception. During this stage, the advice of parents really does matter. However, the sad fate was that my parents did not at all caution me about the acne problem. The advice they gave me was not effective to boost up my confidence to face the situation. By god's grace, I was able to pass through this situation with little trouble. I found my way out of it through the solutions discovered by myself. Before sharing with you my self-discovered tips let us have a glance into the scientific explanation of the acne condition. Acne is seen during adolescence, which is an intermediate stage between childhood and adulthood. It occurs due to the hormonal imbalance during this period. It is nature's way of informing us about our development into an adult. Here are a few tips to face the acne condition successfully with confidence. 1. Never get cheated by the advertisements of acne products: We might come across many products that boast of healing your acne condition within a short time. We should never be mislead by these alluring advertisements. Loss of time and money is the sole result. We should not use the variety of acne products that is available at the local drug store. It can even damage your skin. Before using any acne product, you should test whether it causes skin irritation. You should not use such harmful products, if it irritates your skin. 2. Never scratch your face: The common thing that people do is that they scratch their acne area. It only helps to spread the infection to other parts of the face. It will result in increasing the pimples in your face. Therefore, if you have a habit of scratching the acne area, it is a great mistake. Avoid the temptation. You should never prompt the pimple to come up. It will come in its own accord and will disappear if you leave it untouched. 3. Eat healthy, look beautiful: The food you eat really affects your acne condition. Avoid oily food such as potato chips .Your body will secrete more oil, which will accumulate in the pores of your skin. It will increase the intensity of your acne-affected area. Therefore, it is better to eat healthy, live healthy and look beautiful. Healthy food does help to reduce your acne condition. If you really desire to own a beautiful face, you really have to sacrifice your addiction to junk food. 4. Give a chance to certain miracle cures before consulting a dermatologist: Try some miracle cures. At least you could try your luck. Perhaps they might cure you of your acne. If nothing works, then realize that it is the time to consult a dermatologist.
