Telemarketing has been a channel of business, which has brought drastic improvement in the sale of goods and services. Sellers are able to deliver the information to the regular and potential customers about the existing as well as new products that they launch into the market providing more information about its features. However despite its positive side, telemarketing has also added to the frustration and irritation into the lives of people. Telemarketing executives reach the people with random contact numbers and then they try to convince and force people to buy their products or services, this is called telemarketing harassment. They are not bothered about whether a person is interested in that product or service, or whether he can afford it or not. Most people get very upset with these marketing calls and end up screaming at the person trying to sell stuff to them. Sometimes telemarketing calls come at very sensitive and unexpected time of the day and night. When we are is busy with our important work telemarketing calls become a factor of disturbance and irritation and add to the anger and frustration. They not only break the concentration but also waste our time. Telemarketing calls can even reach a surgeon who is performing surgery in an Operation Theater, trying to save a life. At that time a telemarketer trying to sell his product can be very disturbing. Even if a person has to avoid such disturbances, he has to hire the service of deactivating the promotion calls with the service providers. It even costs to deactivate such calls. Customer would not have the patience to register for it because it would be an additional responsibility when a person changes his mobile numbers. Unfortunately telemarketing harassment is a big problem these days. So we need to strict regulation against telemarketing calls. The marketing calls have to be done only to the customers, when they express interest in the form filled up after shopping in a shopping mall. It should never be made to the general public as a whole using random numbers. Telemarketing harassment is a common problem, there should be a penalty against such unwanted calls. Strict measures need to be taken against these calls for the peace of people. Article Source: http://www.saching.com About Author / Additional Info: Hi, I am Muhammed Haris.
