Requirements of an successful interview.

1) KNOWLEDGE : Knowledge has two aspects - range and depth . Be a keen listener , store major facts in your mind and use them at the appropriate time .

2) APPEARANCE : You must be elegantly attired for the occasion. Wear a simple outfit that suits your physique and feature. Casuals should not feature in your selection of dresses.

3) BEHAVIOUR : The way you move yourself, sit on the chair, place your hands and your briefcase and talk to members reflects your behaviour. Walking sloppily, talking loudly and inaudibly, getting irritated easily, and showing document . insistently are the symptoms of bad behaviour.

4) EXPRESSION : It is the most important aspects of the interview. It conveys your views and opinions. You need clarity of mind and speech. Show your balanced thinking to convey your views clearly. Show that you can cooperate and get cooperation that you can share share views and get people to except your authority to reach decisions and implement them.

5) FINAL CONCLUSION : Never show off yourself as the best ,,, but try to be the the perfect in your approach.
