Indian share market has been trapped in a bear grip. Most of the cues are in line but the rally is like confined to a certain level. What we had expected all are going well. But, the market is not doing well. See the cues, crude is coming down, nuclear supplier group has given their consent, global cues are not so bad. But, market has been stuck in their range. It means, market is trading in a range. As I understand market is on upper band of their range. So, my advice is to stay away at current level. Be in cash and wait for correction. You will get a lot of chances to invest. It is true that the movements in the stock prices are mainly based on the market moods and the fundamental factors play a minor role in the movement of prices. The overall sentiment is not really well. This is the reason that getting all the better news market is not doing well. The kind of turbulence people have seen in this market is not easy to forget. Since last eight months market has not shown a good strength. People fear from this market. When ever they get chance just book profits. When will it come out from this bear phase is not very clear. As I think it can take two three quarters. So, wait or keep a longer term perspective. my advice is accumulate at lower levels. When ever market come at their lower band around 13000 level, just buy. But buying means not just invest any where.
