Good health is very important. It is the most basic requirement for man to have to fully enjoy life....a long healthy life with family and friends. These are some health tips useful for everyday use. Ingredients are available in the house and supermarkets. These health tips keep the body in good shape. 1. Practical tip to cleanse the colon Two glasses of lukewarm water, or tap water ( not cold) 1 piece of lemon, cut into half Just squeeze each lemon half to each glass of water. Drink the 2 glasses with lemon at least 5 minutes before breakfast. 2. Practical tip to help kidneys /or for duiretic purposes 2 fresh corncobs , water Wash and clean the fresh corncobs, be sure to leave the clean leaves on and the yellowish cornhair tips. Put in a pot and add water enough to cover. Boil till water is yellowish. Cool down , and drink the liquid 3 times a day. Cooled down liquid can be stored in the fridge for at least 3 -4 days. 3. Two teaspoons of virgin coconut oil once a day keeps blood circulation normal. Also good for skin. 4. According to some dermatologists, the best way to keep skin healthy is to stay away from the sun. Good sun is early morning till 9 am. Afternoon sun is good from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Put on good sunblock on face and arms if you can't stay away. 5. Have a banana once a day for your potassium needs. 6. For the elderly, it would be better for their health if their required medicine is limited to 4 if possible, for the vitamin supplement it must be limited to 2 . Always refer to doctor's advise. Of course, exercise is important,too. So is a good diet. Take everything in moderation. Most of all, it is important to have a positive attitude..keep smiling , or better yet, laugh often to make those muscles work and get rid of those wrinkles.
