A beautiful smile lights up the face. A beautiful smile depends on healthy teeth. How you can have beautiful teeth and how can you maintain it is a question that many people will surely have? Choosing the right foods in daily diet is an important aspect when you want healthy teeth. Establishing good eating habits at an early age is very important.

How food affects our teeth?

Foods one eats, comes in contact with germs and bacteria that live in the mouth. If you brush your teeth daily and properly, it will make your teeth healthy because all the bacteria are removed. If a person consumes a lot of starch and sugars in foods, it combines with plaque to form an acid that affects the tooth enamel. This causes tooth decay that looks ugly for the person.

How to choose a healthy diet?

Natural foods are the best for the teeth and these include fruits, vegetables, milk, cereals and even bread. Carbonated beverages, fresh fruit juices and snacks should be limited as much as possible. You should avoid eating them, and at the same time you must have a balanced diet. This should be supplemented by brushing your teeth at least twice a day and it is recommended to use mouthwash and floss twice a day to keep your teeth healthy, strong and beautiful.

Tips to keep teeth healthy:

Drink plenty of water as this will keep your teeth clean.
Minimum length of time spent brushing your teeth must be at least 3 minutes;
The mouthwash that you use should contain fluorine;
Do not forget to floss your tongue.
Avoid smoking or using tobacco products to keep your teeth without stains.
Healthy foods vary;
eliminate snacks between meals;
Completely avoid sweet snacks and drinks just before bed time.
Brush your teeth twice a day, every day.
Use dental floss before brushing your teeth at least once a day.
Have your regular dental checks done
There are also some people who recommend some natural remedies:

Orange peels remove yellow stains from teeth and ensure fresh breath.
Carrots, apples, cucumbers are also good remedies for teeth that is yellow.
Juice from lemon - is good for muscles of the mouth and also the gums.

What should you include in your daily diet?

Calcium is found in acidic dairy (yogurt, sana, kefir, skim milk) and green vegetables, so these should be included in the diet.
Magnesium is found in cereals, nuts, peanuts, and this helps to build your teeth.
Phosphorus from egg yolk, fish, cabbage, cauliflower, grapes, and pollen are also good for the teeth.
Fish, milk, spinach, tomatoes are also good for the teeth.
Lack of vitamin C has the effect of weakening the gums and causes bleeding. Lack of vitamin D can lead to weakening of bones and also teeth.

These are the various facts that have to be remembered to have wonderful teeth.
