Rewards and Recognitions are the good motivational factors in organizations. Many organizations arrange Rewards and Recognition ceremonies regularly. Here is a typical Rewards and Recognitions ceremony and the awards honored at my process "Garden" at Hinduja Global Solutions, Bangalore. Every month we have the Rewards and Recognitions ceremony at our office. All five hundred employees gather at a place for Rewards and Recognitions ceremony. It is rally nice time to cheer for the achievement of our colleagues for their achievements. The awards being honored at our organizations are as follows. Busy bee: Busy bee is an award given to an associate who has been proven himself as a workaholic and has not taken any leaves for a long duration. Top Gun: Top Gun award has been given to an associate who achieves the best amongst the team members, in terms of quality and productivity. Best Trainee: Best trainee is an award given to an associate who performs best during the training period. Best Trainer: Best trainer award has been given to an associate who has performed the best amongst all the trainers. Best Mentor: Best mentor award has been given to an associate who has proven himself best in mentoring his juniors. Best Leadership: Best leadership award has been given to the team leader who has shown the best leadership qualities. Hall of Fame: Hall of fame award has been given to an associate who is a top performer amongst the top gun award winners. Hall of fame is a top most award amongst all the awards.
