Owning a personal website has been matter of dignity. Many people maintain their own personal websites. Now the spaces on the internet servers have become cheaper, so that a layman can create and maintain his own website in the hired domain spaces. In India generally 10 MB of spaces are available for one thousand Indian Rupees (about 20 US dollars) per year. With 10 MB space, one can create a good personal websites. Personal websites enables one to put all his information in it, and he can just give the website address to another who wants to contact him. There are instances when one has to dictate all the personal details to a person calling from a bank or any other service providers. If one has the personal website, he can just give the URL address of him to them, so that they can just copy and paste the details from there. Personal websites of the great achievers like Bill Gates have been read by millions of people across the world. Putting the success stories of great achievers makes the public to know about the way of their growth and it would motivate people to follow such ideal ways in their life. Even there are personal websites of great achievers, created by their fans. There are even free sub-domain spaces offered by many websites. One can even create his personal website in it. Sometimes the websites place the advertisements in the spaces so offered. But there are websites who do not place any advertisement in the personal websites. One would prefer such spaces to create personal websites.
