Methods to reduce carbon footprint

Carbon foot print is very much in the news for various reasons. There are many people who have been involved in the fight against the global warming, excessive fossil duel burning and also various other things that are similar in nature. This has helped to evoke a small response from the big corporate who are the ones who are maximally involved in the cause of these things like global warming, emission of greenhouse gases and various other things from their industrial sites that finally lead to a carbon foot print.

The various international summits have led to minimal action except for causing more Carbon footprint being left behind by the various traveling politicians. This has also led to mudslinging by the various countries over one another accusing each other of causing the damage to the environment. The politicians from the developed countries are accusing the people of the developing nations of causing the maximum damage to the environment and try to make them come in line to the various protocols proposed by them. The developing nations on the other hand cause a great deal of noise telling that the developed nations are the ones that are causing the trouble to the environment through their uncontrolled emissions of various green house gases and other emissions.

This fighting between the nations has decreased the effectiveness of these summits and there have been no concrete steps taken to reduce the emissions by various countries. There are in fact various steps that can be collectively taken to make sure that all people from every country are involved in the effort to save the earth from destruction.

1. Education of people:

Education of the people is very necessary to prevent the damage to the environment. Reducing the cutting of trees is the first step that can be taken in this effort. Planting of two trees in the place of each one that is cut is another thing that can be done. Education of the people in saving water, recycling various things that are regularly used in day to day life are all simple things that can help in saving the environment.

2. Avoiding emissions:

Preventing or reducing emissions from various vehicles and also keeping them within the prescribed limit is another thing that will help the world to be saved from destruction. Various industries also have to be made to comply with the regulations that are in force as this will also help to prevent damage to the environment.

3. Plastics:

Reducing the use of plastics and various non bio degradable material should also be prevented as these can also cause the environment to be damaged. Burning of these plastic material will also cause the increase in pollution. All these can be prevented by regulating the use of these substance by all countries effectively.

These are the various things that can be done to make sure that the world is saved and the carbon foot printing reduced. All countries should comply equally to make these protocols a success.
