"Man Proposes, GOD Disposes", goes the saying, yet we plan according to our need, as we are intellectual Human. This is part of Time Management (Time & Tide wait for none). When we plan, we prioritize the schedule to avoid Stress.

We plan according to our need. When we plan, we prioritize the schedule. According to our priority, how to plan our day:

1. Get up early in the morning. ‘Early to Bed & Early to Rise, Makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise' This saying may not be suitable in these days. So keep a working time (may be for a week, month etc.)

2. After getting up, drink water according to your capacity (8 glasses a day)

3. Make a habit of toilet in the morning (healthy Body and Mind)

4. Free hand exercise (of any kind) for 15 to 20 minutes.

5. Take a bath (half an hour).

6. Have breakfast (good quantity and quality).

7. Leave for work.

8. While in work, leave aside the household work.

9. Get up and relax for sometime (join all the colleagues and laugh aloud, it relaxes you and your colleagues muscles, keep everyone healthy).

10. Prioritise your work schedule (love your work, not your institution).

11. Limit your work schedule.

12. After working hours, leave the work place (don't work like donkeys).

13. Forget the work place and enjoy yourself according to your choice.

14. Discuss, meet, chat with your friends about Life and Happiness.

15. Many outcomes, after discussion with all (so we are fresh for next day's job).

16. Come back home, relax (according to your own way e.g. Reading, Gaming, TV, music, etc.)

17. Discuss the good things happened during the day.

18. Eat food (not very heavy).

Do not generalize your ideas please
Your schedule may work for you as you do not have other work probably! What about a salesperson or someone who has no fixed schedule like a surgeon who has to save peoples lives? Can he leave the surgery and come home to eat? Please be realistic!

My unorganised life
Wish my life was that simple as mentioned in your article. I live an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. Wake up at 7 AM, quickly get ready, stuck in traffic between 7:45 to 8:30AM, breakfast in car, Rush to office and lead a stressful day. Out of office at 7 PM, Home by 8:30 PM. Have drinks, late dinner and sleep by midnight. My time management has gone for a toss. Stress, Stress and Stress!
