Present system of education makes a student to work hard, rather than making them work smart. A person who is always with the books becomes the high scorer. In terms of talent and general knowledge he need not be the topper. So we need a kind of education which really shows the talented person on the top. We need to have a career oriented education system. The theoretical knowledge in the study has to be really helpful to the person in his job. We can have the system of specialization from the higher secondary school itself. There should be the system of finding the interest of the student and he need to be trained on that. Student should not be forced to go into the field, in which he is actually not interested. Interest in the subject is the important factor for his achievement in it. We need to have implementation of more and more technological skill into the subject. Person who may be good in subject knowledge, if he is not good at technical knowledge related to his subject may find it difficult on the job. Student has to be trained keeping in mind the possible adoption of technology into the filed. Along with the subject knowledge, student has to be trained on the communication skill. It is also one of the important factors which make him to succeed in his career. In today's MNC job, communication with the different stake holders of the business is the part of the job. Only good communication skill can facilitate the transformation of knowledge and information. India has one of the most hard working people and excellent learners, therefore even with our fundamentally flawed education system we are able to produce one of the most intellegent people in the world.
