The Player who started his Career as a extravagantly flamboyant & Destructive Batsman is now one of the coolest head Captain of Indian Team . Although Indian Cricket Team has Different Leaders Under its Belt , But the way Dhoni has developed young Indian team is really Great.He has all the features of a leader. When ever Indian Team is in Critical Conditions , He has always taken the Responsibility to bring the team out of danger , where he got succeeded too. So as a leader he has taken the Responsibility. By playing a great innings in each match he has motivated the Indian Team too. He has developed a Fighting Spirit in the team. Apart from this he has made the team to be more aggressive on field so that they can fight with opposition . So here it shows he has Motivated the Team. Which helped him to win Cups like 2007 ICC World Twenty 20, Border Gavaskar Trophy, One day and tests against Sri Lanka ,New Zealand , and many more. He always meets the expectations of Cricket Audience which sounds really great. He manages the Player in a proper manner where he is playing with Respectable player like Master blaster. So , to be in layman Terms Proper utilization of Resources. Apart from this He has Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna,Padma Shri under his belt. Recently Indian team is no.1 in ICC test Rankings , Which is really a positive sign for Indian team. So, he has Responsibility, Motivation, Management, Proper Utilization, and last but not least ability to win the matches. So there is no hesitation to call him as a leader for Indian Cricket team.
