US credit crisis is spreading to all across the world. Indian market has been stuck into this storm. And it is quite difficult to come back for the domestic market. Every day, it is making new low. Markets have reached at their 2yr low. Sentiment among investors is very bad, some kind of fear in their mind. All the countries are approving bailout package for their financial sector. First, US started, now UK and other countries are approving financial packages. Apart from it, all the central banks are reducing their interest rate. and they will take further step also. Means they have understood the situation. very soon fed will cut the interest rate. Sebi and Reserve Bank of India both are looking at the situation. First time during this year, they have taken a positive initiative. Sebi has revised the p-notes norms. And RBI has declined the CRR. But, this is not enough to bring a rally. Overall market sentiment has become so bad that investors are going away from the market. i talked to many brokers , they are telling that investors are looking for other options. they are going with gold, FD and other saving schemes. But, my personal suggestion is that,, this is the right time to enter into the market. within few months you will make 10-20 percent money. Don't wait frequently invest. But, try to invest in specific and value stock. study and invest. any way you will make good money. Government are concerned about the share markets. so definitely things will go in a right way.
