Time management is an important aspect in the personality of a person. If one can manage the time efficiently and effectively, he would lot of time to achieve more. If a person cannot manage the time properly, he would not find sufficient time even to relax. Time management is also a disciplinary factor is any profession. There are timings set for any duty and there would be duration set for any task assigned. If a person have the practice of reaching office on time for duty, that would grab the attention of the management, about his punctuality. That would make him to gain the promotion and increment. At work, there would be the standard time set to finish a particular task. Many people would by time, many people would take some more time to finish it. But you may find few people finish the work earlier than the standard time allocated. They are the winners in terms of time management. There is nothing called a right way of doing. There is only right result to achieve. Anything and everything you do to arrive at result is a right way. There would be work instruction containing the process steps. But those steps could be followed only in the initial stages. Once a person becomes expert he or she should adopt his own way of doing the things most effectively and efficiently. The feasible way of doing may differ from person to person. So, there is no point in following another's method of doing. That would not be feasible to you to do the work at same speed and with same quality.
