Aptitude to be a teacher requires proper ATTITUDE. If the guiding sources are incompetent, then the system erupts into a volcano of bribe in later life. This is an Article on the hidden Base of our Society: Proper Education to cultivate the Best Character into the National System to avoid the Rot. A very short point of view for the unfathomable Depth. A great but challenging step in Life.

Teacher is the backbone of education. Every institution has Teachers to guide all along the Right path (system). Without this training system, the institution cannot run successfully. What about selecting the teachers?

Anyone having a B.Ed. degree becomes the teacher of educational institutions which is the base of our Society. In school, those who score an ‘A' grade, go for Engineering or Medical/Management. Remaining ‘B' grade students chose Commerce. Mostly ‘C' grade students go for Arts or Commerce and later join the B.Ed. course.

If the guiding sources are incompetent, then the system erupts into a volcano of bribe in later life. Who will be blamed then? People blame doctors, lawyers, police etc. for payoff to influence illegal or wrong activity. Yes, but they have also come through these stages i.e. school and colleges. Who are making their life? Are not teachers responsible for this? We talk about corruption. Where is the root of this corruption? When the basic foundation of the social structure is weak, it falls like a pack of attractively set-up cards; it may fall after one/two/twenty years, without standing at ease.

Though B.Ed. teachers are graduates, but some of them are ‘C' grade student, so their basic knowledge is very poor and they cannot teach without content knowledge. These teachers train only to earn money by teaching in school and tuitions.

Aptitude to be a teacher requires proper ATTITUDE, as this word adds up to 100 i.e. 100%. If one has good attitude, he will be 100% involved in any field. The persons APTITUDE sums to 96% in life, means 4% less than Attitude. When a person feels that he is 100% ready to become a teacher i.e. his attitude becomes perfectly fitting to be a teacher he should opt to choose this profession.

Today's world is full of stress and tension. Everyone chooses the field which gives money and fame together. No one is interested to see Attitude or Aptitude.

Everyone after 10th and 12th std. go for aptitude test to know which field the person is interested. Mind you aptitude changes from time-to-time. But if the person's attitude towards the profession is not clear, he is always a failure. Failure doesn't mean that a person will not get money or fame but he will not get PEACE for which people are awaiting life after life.

The best way to choose ones profession is "Live by Choice not by Chance".

Being a student, I have seen very few good teachers. But now a days many colleges hire people as teachers even if those people are not qualified to teach, just to save their money. Now a days teachers/colleges do not think about students education but everyone thinks about their money. It is really true. I am really worried what will be the future of next generation.

Nice one ..
Jashodhara, I am also parent of a young child and I fully agree with you. My son goes to a pretty good school, although half of all teachers are good (like the best!), but for others all I can say, they neither have attitude or aptitude. They want children to mug up the text books and write as is in the exam. They have no interest in teaching or advancement in children knowledge, they are there to just draw their paycheck.

So True
In MOST cases, money paid in teaching profession is quite low among comparable fields, therefore it never attracts the best and the brightest crowds. Additionally teachers are not respected anymore in the society as they use to. Every good student seems to be running for Engineering, MBA or Medicine. How can we get a good foundation with teachers, most of who were C graders themself.
