There is a continuous discussion about a question "Whether a person who commits suicide is a brave person or a coward?" If we blindly call him a coward, then ask yourself a question "do you have the courage of committing suicide". In my view, suicide is also a natural death to some extent. Just like how a person's body loses the spirit of living when his physical organs lose the strength of surviving, even the mind of a person can lose the spirit of being alive, because of the mental worries and tensions in his life. In the former case, body kills the soul whereas in the later case, mind kills the soul instead of the body. In both the cases, death is a common result. If the first case of body killing the soul can be considered as a normal death, why can't the second case be considered to be a normal death. A good health of both body and mind is very necessary for a person to continue to lead his life. If he loses good health of either one of them, he will not be in a position to survive. Therefore in order to prevent committing suicide, it is very important for the mind to be healthy.

There can be several reasons that can lead a person to lose interest in life and to commit suicide, some of the reasons can be as follows:-

1. Self confidence of a person. We may see the people who do not lose their confidence in any situations. At the same time we also see people who lose their confidence even with small problems.
2. The external supports one would get to sustain and to come out of the problem.
3. The response of his family and friends about the problem he is facing.
4. The response of the society towards his problem.
5. The moral education and the value a person a person keeps and respects.
6. The aims and desires one keeps in the life.
7. The love one gets from his people. It may be the love from the spouse, parents, children, girlfriend, boyfriend, best friends, teachers etc.

If a person is bold enough to fight against any problem and has full family support in doing so then no one will ever think of committing suicide. It is important to find happiness in small things and to have courage to face the world in every situation.
