When you consider the Network Marketing business model we see a system that has the makings to generate a lot of cash flow with relative ease. Sure hard work is required but it's not exactly rocket science. Lots of networking companies out there offer magnificent products and an attractive payout plan that offer some intense leverage. Why is it that so many people don't make a dime and we see ridiculous statistics like a retention rate of 15%?

Over the last few months i've had contact with many people in this industry and people who have not made a success of it have all said they consider their failure is down to lack of training and support from their upline. Nearly all I spoke to said that the scope of their training pretty much boiled down to talking to friends and family, door-to-door, bothering people in social gatherings and leaving those annoying 'income opportunity cards' on car windscreens.

With the world as it is today these old fashioned methods don't really get the results we want, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always someone waiting to pounce with their latest great scheme, so as a society we have become weary of these spam pitches. Most folk will discover that the old fashioned sponsoring ideas are not effective in developing a vast team of people in our organization. I practiced all this in my early days as a MLM rookie.

I decided to start marketing my business online and thats when I really started to see some big results whilst also carrying on with my offline efforts, I found that they both complimented each other well. Learning the principles of attraction marketing as taught by the great legend Mike Dillard in my opinion is mandatory!. Since adopting this mindset and then practicing what he teaches my business methods are now 200% more successful, You simply must research Mike Dillard!

To maximise your profits in your business you must be making full use of the power of the internet, theres no reason why you cannot master it, if you are willing to take action and do some work! It's important that you brand and market yourself and what you can offer your prospects. Offer value to people in the form of information and instruction, get yourself known via the various social web 2.0 sites, videos and articles are very important techniques to use. These are all methods that will get the word out about you and what you can offer.

By providing value and training to your prospects I can promise that you will attract more people to you than if you just market a replicated company website. People tend to switch off to such websites in todays market, there's goodness knows how many folks on the internet pushing links to a standard company website that claims to be the 'best thing since sliced bread'

It's important to remember that by giving real value you become more valuable to your prospects, people will be wanting to know more about your business. It's always the case that most people will only buy from those they like and who they regard as an expert in their industry. Your prospects need a leader to follow and to teach them, you can become that leader if you will allow it to happen and are prepared to educate yourself. The leaders are the one's who will make it to the top, make certain you will be one of them and make certain sure that you are utilising a network marketing system that will recruit and prepare your prospects in the most effective way feasible!
