He holds an MBA in International Business Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management (USA), a Bachelors in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University (USA) and Bachelors in Commerce from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore University (INDIA).

Harsha has four years of work experience in the USA having worked with Agribusiness, Investment Research and Venture Capital companies in Minneapolis and New York. He has also worked for three years in London, UK for a private equity and project development firm focused on infrastructure sectors such as hydrocarbon, power, healthcare and telecom. Harsha has three years of work experience in India, having worked

for India's largest private sector company where he was part of a core team which laid the blue print and planned the rollout of one of the world's largest telecom networks. By leveraging the financial resources and innovation of the private sector, the knowledge and commitment of the NGOs and the vast outreach of the public sector. MYA was incorporated in October 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 (No.1 of 1956) and the company is limited. MYA has floated Society to execute all microfinance related activities.

MYA plans to apply for an NBFC license to roll out a range of financial services to the rural poor.

MokshaYug Access (MYA) is a rural infrastructure and services company. It launched operations in April 2006 and plans to expand across rural regions in the poorest districts of India and reach 5.3 million rural poor by 2012.

For the month ending May 2008, MYA is operating in 356 villages in Bagalkot district covering a population of 478,939. We have enrolled 34,738 members and have 134 employees working towards creating wealth for the rural poor.

MYA plans to apply for an NBFC license to roll out a range of financial services to the rural poor.
