Ability to give a good presentation is an excellent skill which certainly helps professionals to climb the corporate ladder. A good presentation is a quality of a good leader. It can grasp the attention of the management about the growing talents in the team. Below are the tips to give a good presentation.

1. The person who is presenting should to collect the relevant points, facts and document .tion for the presentations. The topic should not contain any irrelevant information. Including irrelevant topics may make the audience to lose the interest in listening and may divert your discussion off the core topic.

2. The person who is presenting should use tools like PowerPoint to give audience a brief idea about his presentations. The PowerPoint slides should prepared with the just bullet points and some diagrams. Mentioning the paragraphs would make audience to concentrate on reading the slides, instead of listening to him. It would even make audience feel that the personal has just crammed the things if they find lot of similarity between the slides and the speech.

3. The person who is presenting has to himself show interest and enthuiasm in the presentation. He or she has to carry the smiling face to the dais. A nervous or uninterested face of the presenter would make audience to lose interest in listening to him.

4. The person who is presenting has to dress well. A proper dressing sense enhances one's personality and his good dressing would attract the audience attention towards him. It would also enhance the impact of his body language.

5. The person who is presenting has to include the graphical representation in his presentations. It makes people to grasp the things, easily and clearly.

6. The person who is presenting has to ensure the involvement of the audience. He or she should allow the audience to ask questions. Questions can be asked to the audience as well. The person who answers correctly can be rewarded, with the prizes and small gifts.

7. The person who is presenting has to keep the presentation within the specified time limit. Otherwise, audience may feel bored of listening to him.

8. The person who is presenting has to summarize his presentation at the end of his speech.
