2. No fresh air: When there is fresh air, people who exercise feel better. They can do more exercise and also do not feel tired. People who exercise in the fresh air are more energetic after the exercises. This is an important factor that has to be noted when purchasing fitness equipment.

3. Space occupying: These days where space in the house is very expensive, having fitness equipment that has occupied a lot of space may not be very advisable. The individuals can use natural exercises to reduce weight instead of fitness equipments as both have similar results.

4. Equipment failure and breakdown: Fitness equipments like all machines need adequate care and maintenance. Failure of these equipments can lead to inability to exercise as the individual may have become dependant on the equipment to exercise. They may not feel like exercising without the equipment.

I agree!
I agree! There are both pros and cons to using fitness equipment and just exercising outdoors. I like to walk for my workout. I used to walk through my neighborhood, and loved it! Lately, I use my treadmill, though, cause for safety reasons I dont want to walk alone plus I live in a VERY cold and hot climate. Nevertheless, diet and exercise are my passions. The Chefs Diet is a great meal plan to go with any workout routine. It was inspired by Dr. Sears’ Zone Diet that recommends the right percentage of carbs, protein, and fats: 40/30/30. The meals are made with all fresh ingredients, portion-controlled and delivered to your doorstop. I work with Chefs Diet™ and right now they are having a free food give-away for a month that you could win by entering the contest at www.myChefsDiet
