A favorable environment in the college greatly influences the mood of its students and helps them to concentrate in studies. Many colleges have external disturbance factors in their campus. The main causes of the disturbance in the colleges are; 1. Not having disciplinary system in the college. When the young students are left without a disciplined system, they tend go show unexpected behaviors. 2. Management: If the top management does not have proper control over the behavior of the students, there is no way that the teaching staff can have a control over the improper behavior of students. 3. Lack of friendly behavior amongst the students. It also brings regular fights amongst the students. 4. The practice of misuse of college girls in terms of flirting and sexual harassment. If there are no strict measures to protest the interest of the girls, they will be forced to co-operate/live-up with the dirty behaviors of some of the college boys. 5. Lack of the awareness programs for the students. The awareness speeches by the resourceful people would bring a sense of responsibility amongst the students. 6. Lack of regular classes of in the colleges. This gives a lot of free time to the students and it leads them go for bad and mischievous things. 7. Absenteeism of the teaching staff to conduct the classes. Absenteeism of the teaching staff gives lot of free times to the students and it again leads them go for inappropriate behaviour. 8. Motivation by the teaching staff: There are few instances where the guidance by the teaching staff has prevented students from following a wrong way. 9. Interference of political union in the affairs of the colleges. 10. Senseless dressing by the students of the college, especially by the girls.
