Mary Kay is growing everyday, she is no longer limited to just the USA she is now in other countries to. Why you ask? I will tell you! Her products work! When Mary Kay first started out she was a single mother who just so happened working in direct sales. Back when she started she didn't make a lot of commission, she had to work triple the load just to ensure her children were well taken care of. She also found that if she missed work to care for one of her kids it costed her dearly, and she couldn't afford that! She was determined she was gonna make sure that in her business it wouldn't be that way. Women no longer would choose between family and work. They really could have it all! She also decided that her reps wouldn't make pennies while the company made millions. With Mary Kay its god first, family second, and work last. She was made it where reps make 50% on all sales. She made the quota's very small to ensure women could reach their goals. If that is not enough to want to be apart of this growing family, she also gives away cars! This is not a joke! You don't just get that Mary Kay pink cadalac off the bat, you do have to work for it. As a consultant you don't start with that car as an option. You start out with a cherry red vibe! My first month with Mary Kay, I was only working about 2 weeks of parties and such, and I missed my shot for that red vibe by 2000.00 and that was me only working 2 weeks. Imagine what you can do with your business and all the perks you get. That still not the only perks to this! You also go up for free gifts. Based on what your sales are for that period, she gives away jewelery, I pods and many other items. She shows much gratitude for your efforts. I can't think of any other home based business that offers even half of this. Most pay no more that 10% commission some a little higher. None give away free cars, diamonds, or other items. With Mary Kay you get recognized for your achievements. You received awards for what you accomplished. I can't think of a better place to start that right here.
