He should be punctual and should not waste time while working. He should possess interpersonal and motivational skills. He should always be willing to learn a new work. He should take care about the entire business and may give ideas for improvement of business.

He should always be available on the work spot until the work is completely finished and he should not get annoyed when the employer or client wants to make some modification during the course of work. He should develop leadership qualities, to come up in life. The team leader should know how to build healthy and effective team, so that everybody in the team could cooperate with each other. He should have emotional maturity and be every ready to share his ideas with others. He should learn to speak a few works in the language of the customer. The technical and non-technical persons should learn to move well with each other and the team leader should create a friendly atmosphere.

How to develop soft skills?
There are institutes to train the persons for soft skills. In some companies, the employer sends the employees to train them. In some cases, the person concerned attends the training to get a good job and retain it. For the long term success, possessing soft skills could help a lot.
