The logo for a company has many roles. It creates a brand identity for the organization, company or the establishment. It even creates a brand identity for a particular project. There are various other advantages of a logo. This is the reason for the importance that is accorded to a logo and its creation. There are various aspects that are involves when a company is trying to create a logo and these are all listed in this article.

The various factors that have to be given importance while creating a logo are:

1. The shape of the logo:

The company that is trying to create a logo should make sure that the logo should have an optimal shape. There are many companies that create a shape that is very difficult to reproduce and this causes the brand identity to be decreased. If the company creates a logo that is easily reproducible by any person either by drawing or other means, then it itself can act as an advertisement for the company.

2. The font that is used in the logo:

This should be small and at the same time be bold and colorful. This will make the logo to stand out in a place where the logos of many companies are displayed. The font should also be readable. There are many companies that give more importance to the shape of the font and the design that causes them to create a font that becomes illegible. This should be avoided in a good logo.

3. The colors that are used in the logo:

The various hues and colors that are used in the logo should be bright and be visible from a long distance. This creates uniqueness about the logo. The usual colors that are used in the making of a logo are red, blue, green, black and white. These are the colors that stand out and are also visible from a long distance. It is good to avoid using certain colors that are a mix of the main colors. This is because it has the potential to decrease the popularity of the logo.

4. The design and theme of the logo:

The design of the logo should be created very thoughtfully. This is because there are various designs that can be made for a single logo, but the creator of the logo should make sure that the design is made in such a way that it is just right for the company. Another important factor is that the logo should not be a simple design, but instead it should have a theme associated with it.

The theme and the logo together along with the other factors form the core of the companies advertising effort. Their visibility and the popularity make the company to stand out among the many that are present. It also creates a marketing tool in the hands of people. Instead of advertising all the features of the company, the person can try to advertise just the theme of the company which is based on the work ethics of the company.
