Hunting for a job is a challenge being faced by the youngsters in India. Students complete during their graduation, come out of the college in dream of getting a good job in the corporate world. But their failures in the initial interviews, just because of lack of experience does not take anywhere.

Then start to lose the confidence in their competency and the skill. They get frustrated because of such failures faced during hunting an appropriate job. Infact, most of the time they even do not get the feedback from the interviewers, so as to what exactly they were lacking that disqualified them for that job. They start to doubt the same qualification they were once proud of. They feel that their current qualification is not good enough for the market and start feeling demotivated.

Fresh graduates generally come out of the college, by possessing good theoretical knowledge about a particular subject. But generally they have less knowledge about the practical things. Their communication skill is also not that well polished. The pattern of the examination prevailing in our system makes one to mug up the things from the text books and to omit the same during the examination. So it hardly gives one the opportunity of gaining the good communication skill, good creativity and talent.

Therefore, only when students come out of their colleges, they realize the importance of having practical and most relevant knowledge, good communication skill, creative skill and the talent. But it is too late to realize at that point and they do not find the sufficient time and additional money to equip themselves with all those skills. Generally they desperately look out for any job. They do not even have the patience to wait and possess all the relevant skills. So a person should be mentally prepared to face all these challenges, and not to lose the self-confidence.
