Buying a vehicle with loanBY: Muhammed Haris | Category: Shopping | Post Date: 2009-07-11
Vehicle purchase has been made easy by the bank finances and the automobile dealers. Even a person who does not have enough money to buy a car, can get a car even with a loan of hundred percent of the cost of the car. Owning a car has been a dream of youngsters. When our friends travel in their own car, it is obvious that, we also feel like buying a car.
But the fact is, when a person buys vehicles with the help of loans, later it has to be paid as equal monthly installment along with the interest. Along with that, he has to manage the expenditure of fuel and other maintenance of the vehicle. As a result, it really becomes a burden on him. One may feel like selling that vehicle itself. Definitely there could be the losses on selling as well.
So one has to be very cautious about the decision of buying a vehicle. Only if he can manage the expenditures associated with it, he can go for it. Even the cost of the vehicle and the amount of loan and the interest for it has to be considered. Just because the loan is available fully, one should not go for it blindly. Down payment has to be made as much has possible, and the amount of loan has to be made as less as possible.
Only the best planning before buying the vehicles make one to own and manage the vehicle respectfully. Otherwise he may have to hear from the people. -He bought a vehicle and sold because he could not manage it-. It may even happen like one have bought the vehicle and he could not manage to fuel it, so he may have to travel in the public vehicles. He may have to hear loose talks from the people in such situations. All these things have to be thought well before going for a vehicle with loan on it.
