A successful businessman knows very well what the client needs. The method of aligning a company as per the requirements of the client is known as business process management. There should be a thirst of knowledge for innovation, integration and flexibility. In the business process management, the ability to define business processes correctly and deploy them as executable applications are critically important. In the business process management system, the operations performed by people should coordinate well with the software system which is designed for application of business rules and contain all the required information. We should understand how to drive efficiency by business processes since they are the fundamental block of the success of the company. To achieve business goals, business process management provides the tools which functionally helps business managers to control manual as well as automated workflows. The business process management integrates people, applications and business rules in a collective way to yield a good result. When the preliminary planning is over, the iterative stage of the BPM life cycle should start with formally modeling the business process and beginning design work to build an effective solution. The feedback of the customers is essential in business process management to improve and modify our approach. The balanced business scorecard, top level monitoring and dynamic activation are to be done on continuous basis. The business process management says that from lowest level to top level, everybody should realize the importance of work and support the ability of the company to remain competitive. In the initial planning stage, we have to identify the important stages in business management process and prepare a list of BPM project modules, identifying key persons whose input is critical to project success, and focus on to ensure that the BPM project stays on track throughout all of the iterative stages of the business process management life cycle. The short term goals and long term goals should be set in the business process management. The work flow practices that support the goal of the company are valuable assets. The driving improvement in business processes has the advantage of carrying the same underlying logic of process improvement and total quality management initiatives. The business process management modules should contain planning, model and design, develop and deploy, manage and interact, analyze and optimize. We should make optimum use of business processes complying with regulations as per the changing mode in customer needs. The documentation is essential in business process management to find the progress and also to analyze whether we are going in the right path. The business process management of a company should be comprehensive. It should describe the business processes, deploy those processes as applications accessible through the internet that are integrated with their existing software systems. The business process managers should be given full permission to view, analyze, control and improve the execution of those business processes in real time. A success of business process management in one area of the company will help to create enthusiasm for subsequent projects in other areas of the company, so that multilevel growth is ensured.
