Walking and meditation are important and easy exercises which everyone must do to keep the body healthy and fit. Almost everyone knew that these are good to health but very less people follow it. It could be due to many reasons. Many people are busy with their office work or business, etc and hence they may have interest to do but they get tired once come back to the home from work. Another set of people may not know the advantages of these simple exercises. We can even see many other reasons like this, but due to whatever the reason it could be we are missing to do such a great activities or exercises. No doubt about it that these are very important for health and life. Let's discuss some important benefits of doing walking and meditation. Walking: Walking reduces the health problems related to nervous system, digestive system by reducing body fat and weight. Also people who are suffering from Diabetes and overweight etc can control their health problems by walking. Controls the high and low blood pressures and keeps the blood pressure normal and consistent. Enhances mental freshness. Reduces the risk of heart diseases and heart stroke, as the body moves actively blood circulates to all parts of body equally and helps the heart in blood circulatory process. Prevents the orthopedic or Bones related problems and increases bone density levels. We know arthritis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, joint pains, and etc problems pertaining to bones. Walking helps in controlling all such problems. Doctors also suggest pregnant ladies to walk daily and it also helps both pregnant woman and baby health to be in better condition. Hence walking is good for heart, lungs, relaxes muscles and helps in preventing bone problems, diabetes, overweight, etc many other health risks. But it is advised that people who are suffering from severe health diseases must take their physician's suggestion to do this walking exercise and proceed accordingly. Minimum 30minutes to 60minutes walking depending on your time is good for health. Meditation: Meditation has dual benefits. It can be done to improve spiritual knowledge and practice, on the other hand very useful for health. It gives deep mind relaxation and increases the capability of mental ability, increases concentration levels of learning a new thing and doing existing work in either ways i.e. some people do meditation for spiritual purposes and some people for health reasons. It works both ways and gives good results as per their expectations. It reduces high blood pressures, makes blood pressure to normal and gives excellent relief from heavy mental tensions It reduces chronic health diseases, headaches, muscle & nerves problems and diseases caused by depressions and mental weakness. Spiritually, it is very important to do meditation in order to control emotions and improve deep concentration levels on the target what you are aiming to achieve. It is the beginning step to the spiritual knowledge which takes you further to enhance consciousness and gain the better understanding of spirituality. There are many Meditation centers available. So if interested, can contact those nearest centers and get the proper guidance to do meditation.
