Most of the young people in India start their career life at BPO. But there is a belief amongst people that the career at BPO is an inferior one. But it is not the fact. BPOs use many applications which are not being used by many of the Domestic or MNC companies. Those application cost in millions to develop. The clients at US or UK allow the BPOs to use those applications through remote desktop connections. After Philippines, India in the second largest country in the world that gets outsourced work. The reasons to outsource to India are;

1 India has plenty of labor available for BPO jobs.
2. Labor resources in India are available at a cheaper rate.
3. Human resources of India is technically sound.
4. Indian human resource is very creative, dedicated and hires hard workers.
5. Law of the land motivates outsourcing to India.
6. India is a peace oriented country.
7. India has the good popularity acquired through tourism and business.
8. Indian resources are kept together with integrity.

BPO jobs make the Indians to deal and communicate with the global business experts and make them to get acquainted with the corporate skills. It makes Indian youngsters more competitive and they will soon be the globally preferred employees of the future. The kinds of the training being given in the BPOs is worth learning it for the lifetime. The corporate exposure being acquainted in BPO industry is much faster as compared to any other field. Especially the voice processes of BPOs bring the drastic change like a village guy or girl changes his or her accent in years. It's worth spending a year or two listening to the based words of the overseas customers. Because you learn his accent, even when he yells at you. Even the so called Non-voice process has the voice communication involved in it. That too with the high-profile and highly skilled counterparts from the client side.

I would like to say few words about the role the individuals BPO should play to make our jobs safe. Instead of doing the jobs, in the way it is being taught by the clients to do it, it has to be done in more creative way, up to the extent that only we can do it in a particular quality and quantity in a particular span of time and if they have to take the process back, they must be trained by our people. If we can make each BPO process so much advanced , OUR TOMORROWS FOOD IS GUARANTEED.
