Anger management: What causes anger and ways to control it.

Stress, anxiety, emotional insecurity, inferiority complex., low self-esteem can cause a man to behave abnormally. What causes anger, controlling and managing anger.

Anger requires management from within and without. Everyone has those few minutes or hours, to introspect, look within at your best and worst self, we know why we get agitated on certain issues.

One can cautiously avoid the situations or company of people who can let a person loose his head for nothing. Even in an argument, instead of REACTING, RETORTING AND RETALIATING , one should try to be patient, and then reply or discuss.

They say it has something to do with hormone adrenalin, however, the social behaviour can be consciously equated and tuned as per the requirements.

Anger can be managed, it can also be mismanaged. Where one has to show the power or authority and exercise discretion without laxity, a bit of anger delivers the message rather than conveying like a sermon.

But the bottom line is, ANGER SHOULD BE KEPT IN CONTROL. We cannot avoid being angry, but we can always avoid an ugly situation due to an angry exchange.

It is often said, clear hearted people get angry. Not necessarily, we cannot be judgmental about clear hearts, it is the circumstance that reflects how we carry ourselves. So if the clear hearted get angry, the clear headed know how to overcome it!

Another way to nip uncontrollable anger is to laugh it out. Any healthy diversion from the bone of contention largely minimizes frayed tempers.

Compassion and love are magical remedies to control anger, as an affectionate relationship always nurtures upon tolerance and forgiveness.

The choice is yours, you get angry or you fall in love!
